Maria Isabel do Prado Bocater and João Laudo de Camargo will be taking part in the 3rd Brazilian Congress on Administrative Sanctioning Law (CBDAS)

On 20 and 21 August, our partners Maria Isabel do Prado Bocater and João Laudo de Camargo will be taking part in the 3rd Brazilian Congress on Administrative Sanctioning Law (CBDAS), which is being held in Brasília. The event is organised by IDASAN – the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Sanctioning Law – and sponsored by Bocater Advogados.

On the first day, João will take part in the panel ‘State-owned enterprises: nuances and controversial issues regarding the DAS in the 10 years since the Statute came into force’, alongside Diogo Alves Verri Garcia de Souza, Rafael Wallbach Schwind and Christianne de Carvalho Stroppa.

On the 21st, Maria Isabel will speak on the panel “DAS at the CVM and the Central Bank and external control”, which will also feature Fábio Eduardo Galvão Ferreira Costa, Fábio Medina Osório and Renata Victer as speakers.

Now in its third edition, the congress brings together experts, public authorities, academics and professionals from all regions of the country, fostering dialogue between theory, legislation and practice.
