Our partner Flavio Martins Rodrigues and our solicitor Larissa K. Vieira Bosco will be taking part, on 14 April, in the conference “Private Pensions in the 21st Century: Governance, Sustainability and Legal Certainty”, organised by the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB SP).
Larissa will moderate Panel 3, entitled “Regulatory Aspects and the Role of the State”, which takes place at 1.45 pm and features prosecutor Leandro da Guarda, advisor to the FUNCEF presidency Marlene Ribeiro Silva, and lawyer Lygia Avena as speakers.
Flávio, meanwhile, will be a speaker on Panel 4, which will discuss the future of private pensions, alongside Carlos Tejeda, an executive in the supplementary pension market, and Felinto Sernache, a retirement international leader at WTW Brazil. The panel will be moderated by lawyer Elaine Turatti.
The event takes place from 9.30 am at the OAB-SP headquarters, and Bocater Advogados is among the sponsors.
Further information and registration are available on the event page.
