Bocater Team attends book launching by our associate Larissa Vieira Bosco

On November 1st, Bocater Advogados team attended the second book – entitled “Federal Public Servants: Analysis of the Complementary Pension Regime Offered by Funpresp” – launch event for our attorney Larissa K. Vieira Bosco, which took place in São Paulo, at the Martins Fontes publishing house on Paulista Avenue.

The book, published by Editora Roncarati, presents a study on the implications of implementing the Complementary Pension Regime (RPC) for public servants holding permanent positions within the Union, in addition to providing a history of the formation of the pension system in the world, with a focus on Brazil. presenting the economic, financial and actuarial characteristics and results of the Union’s own pension schemes and the supplementary pension scheme established for federal public servants.

The first launch of the work took place in October, during the 45th Brazilian Private Pension Congress (CBPP), which was featured in the news on the Migalhas portal: https://lnkd.in/d9–Vvfu
